We Require A Deposit To Book Appointments!! NO EXCEPTIONS!!
ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE / NON TRANSFERABLE
- No Shows are required to pay 100% service cost for missed appointment and this is deducted from the card you booked with. This needs to be paid before booking again. A new appointment is then required and needs to be paid in full upfront.
- Cancellation notices are required 24 hours in advance from service time. If cancelled outside of the 24hr window you are responsible for 50% of the service cost.
- No shows / late cancellations will result in no longer being able to book without paying full price in advance. The second occurrence will result in no longer being able to book for services.
- Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for appointment. The grace period for lateness is 10 minutes. After 10 minutes late the appointment is canceled. If we can still service you, as a result of lateness, your appointment will be shortened.You will still be responsible to pay full price.
- If you are 10 min late and we have not been contacted, you will be marked as a no show. Refer to policy #1
- Please make sure you do not have makeup, oil, moisturizer, tanning spray, etc. on when you arrive to your appointment. You should be coming with a clean face and clean lashes. If you do not, you forfeit your 3 day grace period for any repairs free of charge.
- You have 3 days from service date to advise of any issues and must reschedule appointment within 5 days of notification. We will fix it as a one time courtesy at no charge. Any notifications after 3 days of service client is responsible.
- If clients book for a refill appointment and arrive with less than 50% of lashes still on, client will pay for a full set.
- Due to this being a positive atmosphere any negativity, physical or verbal abuse towards any lash artist or other clients may result in legal action or you not being allowed to book with us in the future.
- NO PLUS ONE'S AT YOUR APPOINTMENT. Your appointment will be terminated! Policy #1 then goes into affect.
If You Are Not Satisfied With The Finished Look Of Your Lashes At The Time Of Service, Please Advise. We will not bring you back in to reconstruct once you leave.
